Changyi Petrochemical TPM project enters interim review

Shandong Changyi Petrochemical Co Ltd started theory training and on-site guidance of TPM project on Aug 28 -29, to prepare for the interim review.

Experts from HP Business School systematically explained theories including “primary cleaning & problem solving” during self-maintenance and “preliminary cleaning & diversified improvement” in planned maintenance. They communicated with staff from different project teams and demonstration areas. More than 30 key employees from the Tactical Department, Department of Public Works, Maintenance Center, and the four Operation Sectors attended.

The training confirmed the project results of “finding out the origins of problems” in self-maintenance areas and evaluated the scheme “problems analyses, diversified resolutions” for the planned maintenance. Up to now, Changyi Petrochemical’s two kinds of maintenance are qualified to meet requirements of the interim review.

ChemChina Petrochemical Corporation, together with a third-party company, will make the interim review through video Q&A and on-site evaluation on Sept 13.
