Pars Oil & Gas Company announces new research center coming online in Asalouyeh

The forth research and technology center of petrochemical industry will be launched in Asalouyeh, onshore facilities of South Pars gas field, next year.

Head of Petrochemical Research and Technology Company, Gholamreza Jokar, made the remarks adding the initiative could strengthen Economy of Resistance and lead to consolidation of petrochemical sector.

He noted that the company, which enjoys presence of 240 elites of the country in its ranks, is cooperating closely with many petrochemical plants on production of catalysts and other petrochemical products.

Research and technology are the most important steps in the course of economic and industrial development, especially in oil industry, and in the path toward sustainable development, indigenization is a very important priority, Jokar said.

The company as the sole technological company in petrochemical sector has taken great steps toward supporting Iranian capital and labor by taking advantage from its expertise human resources.

He continued 10 update and advanced laboratory are active at three research centers of the company and will deliver a number of strategic products needed by petrochemical industry to applicant units in near future.
