Petrobras reports information concerning the partnership at Abreu Lima Refinery

Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras reports on the negotiations regarding PDVSA’s stake in the Refinaria Abreu e Lima S.A - RNEST (Abreu e Lima Refinery).As already disclosed by the Company, PDVSA has been carrying out actions to formalize the guarantees with BNDES (Brazilian Development Bank), in support of its future obligations in the Loan Contract with BNDES regarding RNEST.
In this regard, Petrobras has agreed to the request proposed by PDVSA, extending, as of today, for 60 days, the deadline to complete the activities in progress.
